I think my personal main durability is that I like interacting with people. In my profession thus far I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams, made daily presentations and managed teams so dealing with people is natural and comfortable for me. Now i am friendly, inclusive and approachable. I think this can be an asset that could carry myself far being a teacher. I possess experienced instructors who were daunting and I found that detrimental to my own learning. I want my students to feel relaxed to ask me personally anything, replicate anything, or explain anything at all. I think that as period progresses in the classroom I'll be capable to develop great relationships together with the students in which they truly feel safe and uninhibited.

I are naturally and so normally well organised and also which I think is a essential skill in ELT. At my university debut ? initiation ? inauguration ? introduction lecture the speaker said ‘fail to plan, and plan to fail' which I think was beneficial advice and which has stuck with me. Organizing my lessons appropriately assists me to raised understand what Now i'm teaching, embeds it to my way of thinking so Now i am more confident in delivering this and helps me personally to forecast possible concerns and their solutions. I think that as my confidence and skills expand I will be capable of compose highly detailed lessons that will deliver my aims.

I am a creative person and just like devising ground breaking approaches to problems. I like to obstacle the standard to produce new ways of accomplishing things. The results have got engaged and generated new perspectives. I hope this will convert well in the classroom exactly where I can formulate games and exercises which will appeal to the students and accelerate their learning. Because my confidence, knowledge and skills develop I want to combine my own methods in to my teaching.
