Recruitment of Women and Hispanics
Describe what police companies are doing to better address the recruitment concern of women and minorities: Within the past thirty years, the quantity of police women had produced tremendously. Inside the seventies there were barriers for hiring females, which included elevation requirements; we were holding eliminated; there were subjective physical tests and oral selection interviews that were revised. Job discrimination suits broadened women's options.
