Executive Summary

The main objective of your research is " To Study Customer Awareness and Perception to Packet Chips”. In order to find this, the research goal was further more sub-divided in the following supplementary objectives:     To examine whether the individuals are aware about the packet snacks or certainly not. To check the awareness level about the packet chips among the buyers. To find out the factors that the consumers believe are important when they are buying snacks. To learn how box chips will be rated around the factors that the consumers believe are important although selecting a snack. Firstly, a great Exploratory Analysis was carried out to provide an insight and to be familiar with problem more precisely. There are two methods used in the Exploratory Study:   In-depth Selection interviews with the Retail store keepers near Manipal. Focus Group Debate with the buyers.

The information obtained from the in-depth interviews and focus group discussions were used in further analysis and in particular it absolutely was used in the design of the set of questions. Based on the findings of exploratory study, a set of questions was designed and a Initial Survey was conducted. Preliminary Survey was conducted to detect the weakness inside the data collection instrument (i. e. the Questionnaire with this case) as well as to provide proxy data for selection of a probability sample. Based on the pilot review results, the questionnaire was refined plus the final Customer survey for carrying out the actual study was designed. Analysis was carried out based on the info obtained from Pilot Survey applying SPSS and the results attained were also utilized in estimating the sample size for some of the research. The pilot study would then simply be and then the actual exploration which might involve collecting primary info from the respondents through Questionnaire. The data will probably be analyzed using Excel and SPSS equipment to study the customer awareness and perception of consumers towards box chips. 1|Page
